Pickup & Drop-Off
Free pickup throughout the core Greater Seattle area — Kent, Des Moines, Auburn, Federal Way, SeaTac, Renton, Tukwila, Burien, and central Seattle. Outside the core area? We still come; a small dispatch fee may apply. Pickup is by appointment, scheduled around the wine carrier's pickup window.
Prefer to drop off? Bring it to 25248 Pacific Hwy S Suite 101, Kent WA 98032 during business hours (Mon–Fri 9a–6p, Sat 10a–4p). If you have your own packed shipper, that's fine. If not, we can pack it for you (foam shippers strongly recommended for fragile stems and larger shipments).
What You Need to Know Before Shipping Wine
Wine shipping is heavily regulated and a few things are non-negotiable. Here are the rules in plain English:
- Adult signature required. An adult 21+ must be present at the delivery address with photo ID. The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times before the package returns to the shipper. We strongly suggest a business address or local mail-store hold for delivery if no one will be home.
- US destinations only. We don't ship wine internationally.
- Wine and champagne only. No hard alcohol or spirits.
- Up to $3,000 declared-value coverage. Insurance is $2 per $100. To file a claim, you'll need a receipt for the bottles — it helps to keep these handy.
- Heat & cold matter. During heat waves we recommend Next Day or 2-Day shipping (or wait until the weather cools). Wine freezes around 19°F — in extreme cold we'll suggest a faster service. Weather damage is not covered by Declared Value.

Wine Shipping FAQ
Almost. Federal and state laws prohibit wine shipments to New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Kentucky, and Mississippi. Other states have permit, quantity, or age restrictions, but most addresses work. We confirm eligibility on every shipment before booking.
Federal law requires every wine package to be signed for by an adult 21+. The driver will check ID. The carrier attempts delivery up to 3 times. If no adult is present after the third attempt, the package returns to our shipper's warehouse. To avoid this, ship to a business address or use a local mail store for hold-for-pickup.
Cost depends on number of bottles, weight, destination ZIP, service speed, and whether you need pickup or are dropping off. Most shipments are quoted by us within a few hours of your request. Declared-value insurance is an optional add-on at $2 per $100 of declared value (up to $3,000).
We recommend Next Day or 2-Day during heat waves (or waiting for cooler weather). Wine freezes around 19°F so we'll suggest a faster service in extreme cold. Weather damage is not covered by Declared Value insurance — we'll always tell you if we think the weather is risky.
No. Our service is for wine and champagne only. Other non-alcoholic items can be included in the same packaging if needed.
Carrier-approved foam or pulp wine shippers. Foam is best for protecting bottles. If you don't have packing materials, we can pack the shipment for you. Self-packed shipments without proper materials may not qualify for damage coverage.
If you purchased Declared Value insurance, we file a claim with the carrier. You'll need a receipt for the wine to verify value. Claims must be made within 90 days of label creation. Without Declared Value insurance, base coverage is up to $100 plus the cost of the shipping label.
