Decades of "can you actually ship this?" later, the answer is almost always yes. A small sample of recent jobs:
No freight broker maze. No call-center transfers. You talk to a real human in Kent from quote to delivery.
Fill out the quick form, send us photos, or call. We need rough dimensions, weight, where it's coming from, and where it's going. That's it.
You get a written quote with packing strategy, crate specs, transit time, and final cost — usually within 24 hours, often same-day.
Pickup at your door (or come to our shop). We crate, label, dispatch, and track until it lands safely. Then we send you proof of delivery.
Most freight brokers treat your shipment like a row in a spreadsheet. We treat it like the only thing on our list — because for the customer it usually is.
Start Your Quote →We coordinate crate builds with our local crating partners — no third-party delays, no shipping items unprotected to a packer.
Same person quotes, packs, and tracks your shipment. No "let me transfer you" loops.
Decades of carrier relationships means we get your freight prioritized — and at fair rates.
Real declared-value coverage on every shipment. Not the carrier's $0.10/lb default that pays you nothing if something breaks.
Anywhere in Kent, Des Moines, Auburn, Federal Way, SeaTac, Renton and Tukwila. We come to you with the right vehicle, packing materials, and tools.
No automated estimates that are wrong by a factor of three. A real Kent-based freight specialist will respond personally — usually within a few hours during business days.
We'll never share your info. Most quotes returned within 4 business hours.

Don't see yours? Call us — we like the weird ones.
Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are great up to about 150 lbs. Above that, or for anything bulky, palletized, or fragile, LTL freight is cheaper and safer. Your shipment shares a truck with others — you only pay for the space you use.
Most standard crates are ready within 2–3 business days of pickup. Rush jobs (24-hour turnaround) are available for an extra fee — call us before submitting if you're on a tight deadline.
Both. Free local pickup is available across Kent, Des Moines, Auburn, Federal Way, SeaTac, Renton and Tukwila. Outside that radius, we charge a small dispatch fee. Or drop off at our Kent shop during business hours.
Yes. We add declared-value insurance on every shipment by default. Carrier-only coverage often pays just $0.10–$0.50 per pound — not enough for an antique armoire or a fine-art piece. We make sure your real value is protected.
Absolutely. We build ISPM-15 certified crates required for international export, prepare customs documentation, and coordinate ocean or air freight. Common destinations from Seattle: Asia, Europe, Australia, Canada, Mexico.
LTL rates depend on weight, dimensions, freight class, origin/destination ZIPs, and accessorials (liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery). Online calculators rarely capture all of this — that's why we hand-quote everything.
Yes — we manage recurring freight programs for South Sound small businesses, e-commerce sellers, and trade-show exhibitors. Volume discounts and dedicated account contacts available. Ask about our business shipping program.
