- Renewing a current, valid U.S. passport
- You are over 16 years old
- Your passport was issued within the last 15 years
- Your passport is not damaged and can be submitted
- Your name is the same (or change is legally documented)
Must Apply In-Person (At Acceptance Facility)
- First-time U.S. passport application
- Don't have your most recent passport in possession
- Previous passport expired more than 15 years ago
- Previous passport was issued when you were under 16
- Lost or stolen current passport

Yes — any country in the world. We have the specs for India (passport, OCI, PIO), UK, Canada, Schengen / EU, China, Australia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Brazil, Japan, and 200+ more.
Can I get my passport photo as a digital file?
Yes. We offer both digital files (emailed immediately, perfect for online applications) and printed photos (handed to you on the spot for mail-in or in-person applications).
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome during store hours. Most passport photo sessions take under 5 minutes.
How much do passport photos cost?
U.S. printed: $15.99 for two photos. Digital: $15.99. Combo (printed + digital): $25.99. Extra copy: $10. International: $20 printed / $15 digital. Photo redo if rejected: free.
What are the U.S. passport photo requirements?
2x2 inches, white background, taken within the last 6 months, color, full face toward the camera, neutral expression, eyes open, no glasses, no hats (except religious), no uniforms.
What if my photo gets rejected?
We re-take it for free. Bring back the rejection notice and we will reshoot at no charge.
Can I mail my application from your store?
Yes — we are an authorized FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping center. Drop off your application and we will ship it via expedited or standard mail.
Are you a passport acceptance facility?
No. For first-time applications, lost passports, child passports, and certain renewals you must visit an official acceptance facility. We can take your photos and ship your completed application.
Can you take photos for my whole family?
Yes. Multi-person family discount available — we will quote at the counter.
