Print Annex (PostalAnnex Kent) is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for all visitors and apply relevant accessibility standards to do so.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. We currently consider our website to be in partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA, meaning most parts of the standard are met but some content does not yet fully conform. We are actively working to close those gaps.

What We've Done

To make our website more accessible, we have:

• Used semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret page structure correctly.
• Added text alternatives (alt text) to informative images.
• Ensured the site can be navigated using only a keyboard.
• Designed for sufficient color contrast between text and background.
• Made forms accessible with proper labels and error messages.
• Built the site to be responsive so it works on phones, tablets, and screen magnifiers.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• Some older PDF documents and uploaded artwork files may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
• Some third-party tools embedded on the site (such as live chat, payment widgets, or shipping calculators) are controlled by external providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Product images uploaded by customers for printing are not alt-tagged, since they are temporary order content rather than published website content.
