Our Quality Guarantee

Print Annex stands behind every print job that leaves our shop. We use professional presses, inspect orders before they ship, and pride ourselves on producing sharp, color-accurate work. If a print error is on us, we will make it right.

About Color Reproduction

All full-color printing uses the CMYK color model (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). CMYK cannot reproduce every color visible on a screen or in Pantone swatches, and small variations between print runs are normal in the printing industry. Unless you purchase a paid color-match service, we print to the industry-standard pleasing color — we will make every reasonable effort to match the colors in your file, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to a monitor, a previous print run, or a physical sample.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you receive a printed product with a defect we caused, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or, at our discretion, issue a refund for the printing portion of the order. This guarantee applies to all customers and all order sizes — first-time, repeat, small, and large.

What's covered:

• Improper cutting or finishing.
• Print quality defects (streaks, smudging, banding).
• Significant color shift from your supplied file beyond normal CMYK tolerance.
• Print misregistration or misalignment.
• Wrong product, wrong quantity, or damaged stock shipped from our shop.

What's not covered:

• Errors in customer-supplied files — typos, low-resolution images, RGB color mode, missing bleed, or incorrect dimensions.
• Minor color variation within industry-standard pleasing-color tolerance.
• Delays caused by late file submission, late proof approval, or shipping carrier issues.
• Shipping and handling charges, design fees, or rush fees.
• Damage that occurs after the order leaves our shop or your hands.

Your Files: What We Need

To produce your order at the highest quality, please supply press-ready files that meet these specifications:

• Bleed: 0.125" on all sides for any color or image extending to the trim edge.
• Resolution: 350 dpi minimum for all images.
• Color mode: CMYK for color artwork; grayscale for black-and-white.
• Format: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, or high-resolution TIFF.
• Fonts: outlined or embedded.

How to File a Claim

To request a reprint or refund, contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the defect when possible. We may ask you to return the affected products before issuing a reprint or refund. We aim to respond to all claims within 2 business days.
